Donation records distinguish pending, captured, failed, refunded, and transfer states.
Captured progress
A cause total changes only after a verified payment event. A browser redirect alone does not increase public progress.
Refunds and fees
Refunds create compensating ledger entries. The 25-basis-point INSIPS fee remains separate from provider processing fees.
